One of the final projects for the seniors of Ms. Rose’s Literature and the Jazz Age class was to build an encyclopedia of the Harlem Renaissance. Each letter of the alphabet was distributed among eight groups of two students each, and each group compiled 12-18 entries on topics beginning with their assigned letters. The final entries, which also include related poems, images etc. were then compiled into a complete encyclopedia in the form of an HTML web page. The compiling was done by Geoff B and Joe F. This project was 30% of the third- trimester English grade for the students
