Congratulations to the 2008 Cum Laude Society Inductees

Penn Charter’s honor society, the Cum Laude Society, inducted 23 students and longtime math teacher William J. Goulding on April 23.

Of the student inductees, 22 are seniors and one is a junior. Cum Laude Society 2008: Art Bartolozzi, Mike Blechschmidt, Hannah Campbell, Todd Cooke, Katie Corelli, Katherine Damm, Katharine Diaz, Tim Decker, Ben Goldenberg, junior Laura Kurash, Sam Lozoff, Dave Maas, Kyle Maurer, Mike McInerney, Alex Olsman, Kashif Smith, Mariel Solomon, Liz Spagnoletti, Derek Speranza, Matt Star, Sierra Tishgart, Sasha Verma, Julian Williams, and teacher Bill Goulding.

 

 

Cum Laude History
Founded in 1906, the Cum Laude Society honors scholastic achievement in secondary schools. Penn Charter was one of the original seven schools invited to join (along with Tome, Phillips Exeter, Phillips Academy, Evanston, Centenary Collegiate and Brooklyn Polytechnic, all of which were once boys schools).
