The love of learning that so many children at Penn Charter express reflects the talent and enthusiasm that the school's teachers bring to their work.

The faculty are highly qualified and experienced. Approximately 70 percent hold an advanced degree and their average tenure at Penn Charter is 10 years. They are also highly dedicated. Most undertake after-school commitments assisting groups of students in theater, music, art, literary publications, service projects and sports. All work continually to improve the practice of their craft.

Because of all the extra help the faculty provide and the concern they clearly feel, it's the rule rather than the exception for students to stay in touch with their teachers long after graduation.
