Program Highlights

Whether a girl is comfortable in her own skin or is trying to break out of her shell, Girls Empowerment is a safe place for her to take risks and find her strength. Activities will include a self-defense workshop, rock climbing, self-discovery challenges, a high-ropes course, yoga/body awareness workshop, creative arts activities and community service projects.
