2014 Fall Preseason Schedule
Student Athletes will report to the Dooney Field House for check in and locker assignments as noted below. All medical forms, consents, and online registration must be completed to be cleared for practice. This information is due on 7/31/14. Impact testing must also be completed to establish a baseline.
8:30am All Fall Captains (Leaders)
8:45am All 9th graders and any upper school student new to Penn Charter. 9th graders and new students will have an orientation session following their check in and locker assignments.
9:30am All 10th graders
10:00am All 11th graders
10:30am All 12th graders
11:00am-11:45am All 9-12th grade Boys report to Balderston Commons for Nutritionist Kristen Hamilton MSED, RD, CSSD, LD, CHES, Coordinator of Nutrition and Fitness Programs at Villanova University.
12:00pm-12:45pm All 9-12th grade Girls report to Balderston Commons for Nutritionist Kristen Hamilton.
11:00am-1:00pm Field House Open- Refreshments and light snacks will be provided. Please
bring a lunch.
1:00pm Fall Practices Begin.
6:00pm Day 1 practices conclude.
Morning/Afternoon Sessions: Practices as per coach instruction
6:15pm Dinner for all fall athletes and coaches - Field House
6:45pm Parent/Athlete/Coach Orientation - Meeting Room - Very Important!
7:00pm Team Break out sessions - rooms to be assigned
7:45pm Evening concludes.

Practices and Team Meetings with Nutritionist Kristen Hamilton

Tuesday 8/26/14 - Women's Legacy Fund College Panel- All 9-12th graders are strongly encouraged and welcome.
Monday 9/8/14 - Middle School Sports begin.
