Upper School students brought the house to its feet for Mamma Mia!, the musical featuring a cast of over 30 student performers on Friday, February 24 and Saturday, February 25 at the Kurtz Center for the Performing Arts.

The performances featured music by Upper School musicians and were made possible by dedicated stage, costume and production teams of students, faculty and staff. See the photos!

Through songs made popular by the band ABBA, Mamma Mia! tells the tale of Donna, an independent hotelier in the Greek islands, who is preparing for her daughter Sophie's wedding with the help of two old friends. Meanwhile Sophie, secretly invites three men from her mother's past in hope of meeting her real father and having him escort her down the aisle on her big day.

Songs included "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!," "Dancing Queen," "Knowing Me, Knowing You," "Take a Chance on Me" and, of course, "Mamma Mia!"

The show is a musical romantic comedy with content similar to a PG-13 rated film. View Mamma Mia! webpage.
