Penn Charter Summer Camps Cancellation Policy 2025

Standard Cancellation/Refund Policy

There is a one-time, nonrefundable registration fee of $30 per camper for the summer of 2025. 

Refund Policy for Day, Sports, Performing Arts and Varsity Camps

  • If you cancel prior to 30 days before the session start date, a full refund except $30 registration fee will be issued.
  • If you cancel 7-29 days prior to the session start date, a refund of the camp tuition for session cancelled, minus a $100 cancellation fee and the $30 non-refundable registration fee, will be issued. 
  • If you cancel 6 days or less prior to the session start date, no refund will be issued. 

Refund Policy for One-Week Specialty Camps (not including Varsity Camps)

  • Tuition for one-week specialty camps is nonrefundable. Please understand that we will have already planned to provide staffing and supplies needed for your child to attend our program. 

Medical reason for cancellation

We understand that medical issues may arise over the summer or just as your child is set to attend camp. Please call us as soon as possible to inform us of your need to cancel. A written excuse from your child's physician will be required. If practical and mutually agreeable, we will work with you to accommodate your camper to participate in a later session.
