Preview Upper School (Morning or Full Day)
Sign up for a Preview Event: Oct. 8, Oct. 29, Nov. 5 or Nov. 19, 2026.
Don’t miss our special admissions event, designed to give you and your family an in-depth look at our Upper School community. We offer two options: Preview (morning session only) and Preview+ Shadow Day (full-day experience).
Preview (morning session only): During the Preview morning session, both students and their families will explore Penn Charter together. You will hear from the Upper School Leadership Team, participate in an activities session to learn more about student life on campus, and take a campus tour with one of our Student Ambassadors.
Preview+ Shadow Day (full-day experience): For those seeking an even more immersive experience, the Preview+ Shadow Day event offers a full-day option. This includes all of the morning activities, plus an exclusive afternoon session specifically designed for students. After the morning campus tour, families will depart, and students will stay with us to experience life as a Penn Charter student. The Preview+ afternoon schedule includes shadowing classes, participating in a lunch program with current students, and engaging in a student panel discussion.
This flexible structure allows families to choose the option that best fits their needs, whether that is participating only in the morning session or having their student extend their visit and stay with us through the afternoon.
Don’t miss the chance to experience the Upper School at Penn Charter firsthand. Space for our Preview+ event is limited to ensure that we can accommodate all students for class visits.
On Oct. 8, we will also be offering an Athletics Preview Event, which will take place from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. Join us for the entire day and register for the athletics event as well!

Preview Middle School
Sign up for the Preview Event on October 22, 2026 from 8:30 to 11:05 a.m.
Step inside Penn Charter’s Middle School for a morning designed to give you a closer look at the people, programs, and experiences that make up life in our Middle School.
Throughout your time on campus, you will meet members of our Middle School Leadership Team and spend time with the students and faculty who know the Middle School best. Our interactive rotating sessions will highlight different parts of our program and give you the chance to participate, ask questions, and engage directly with members of our community.
You will then have the chance to explore our full campus on a guided tour with our student ambassadors. We hope you will join us for a morning that brings you into the life of our Middle School and gives you a better sense of what makes the experience at Penn Charter so special.

Preview Athletics

Visit campus to meet with coaches, athletic administrators and current student-athletes. We have a variety of home athletic events scheduled, and you can see Penn Charter's athletic program in action.
On this same day, admissions is also hosting two Upper School Preview Events: Preview (morning session only) and Preview+ Shadow Day (full-day experience).

Campus Tours include specials classrooms, the Graham Athletics & Wellness Center, the Kurtz Center for the Performing Arts and academic buildings according to each division.
Families can sign up for the tour of their choice. If you have multiple children, please sign up for the tour that aligns with your youngest child's grade of entry and we will adjust the tour to meet your needs.

Middle School Campus Tours
*NEW: Meet Us in the Middle School: A Closer Look TourTours are offered Fridays, November 6 & 20 and December 4, from 12:15 to 2:00 p.m.
Join us for a special tour designed to give prospective families a closer look at Middle School life at Penn Charter.
Unlike our traditional campus tours, this visit is intentionally timed during our Club and Activity block so you can experience our community in action. Led by Middle School Ambassadors, you will step inside our classrooms and common spaces, connect with faculty, and hear directly from current students.
Your visit will then continue with an Upper School Ambassador for a broader campus tour, including the Upper School, the Kurtz Center for the Performing Arts and the Graham Athletics & Wellness Center.
We hope you will join us for this opportunity to spend time in the Middle School and learn from the students who know it best.
