Group Pre-Register

Thank you for volunteering at Cradles to Crayons

In order to register multiple volunteers in your group, please take the following steps:

1. Enter your pre-registration code you should have received from your group leader or a Cradles to Crayons staff member and click Find My Visit!
2. Next, enter all the volunteer information into the following form as completely as possible. Once you finish, click Submit. If you make any mistakes during entry, please follow up with a Cradles to Crayons staff member.
3. Use the ‘Add Volunteer’ links to add new rows to the form. We also ask that if the volunteers are under 18, you provide parent/guardian information for each child. Please use separate emails for every adult as this is how they will continue to receive information about their upcoming visit.
