Guess what time it is, PC friends… It's time for Color Day!
Get ready to celebrate the Blue and Yellow at PC's annual Color Day on Friday, May 24 at 1:00 pm on Maguire Field. Continuing the tradition for since 1892, students will be split into two teams, Blue and Yellow, for a day of fun-filled, friendly competition to show their school spirit. The fun begins with the always-adorable kindergarten dash, and continues grade by grade until our PC seniors finish the competition with the nail-biting senior rope pull.
Come on out to cheer on our students, and stay for an afternoon of Blue and Yellow fun. As always, we will have lots of food, spirit gear and T-shirts to make the day great for everyone. Mark your calendars and be there!
How can you help, you ask? The Parent Community is an essential part of Color Day and joins the fun by volunteering both time and cheers. Each grade, except pre-K and 12th, is assigned a booth to sell concessions or tickets. And don't worry, you won't miss your child's race. We have two grades covering most booths, and we will step in to help when needed.
The following is a list of each grade's booth assignments with links to volunteer signups and details:
Kindergarten: ice cream
1st Grade: ticket booth #1
2nd Grade: cotton candy and snacks
