Dear Seventh Grade Parents and Students,
We write to share that we are working to postpone our May 12-20 trip to Mancos, Colo., and the Four Corners region of the American Southwest. This is the wisest course given the current situation with COVID-19.
We are considering several alternatives to enable our students to take the trip at a later date and will let you know our plans as soon as possible. One scenario includes changing the dates to late September or early October of our students' eighth grade school year.
For families who have already made payments toward the cost of the trip, we will apply your payments to the future trip. Should we cancel the trip, families will receive a full refund. Any additional charges that are incurred as a result of the postponement will be assumed by the school.
While we are disappointed that the trip cannot occur during the seventh grade year of your students, the anticipation and excitement the students express make us eager to organize the trip for next year.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Cordially,
Wilson Felter
