Dear Penn Charter Families,
This has involved:
Even with the additional costs of planning for this upcoming school year, today we write with the decision to hold tuition levels for the 2020-21 school year at the 2019-20 level. We do this because it is fair and because we are all in this together.
We recognize that with tuition bills due tomorrow, August 1, parents will have many questions about payments. We have tried to anticipate and answer your questions below.
Jeffrey Reinhold, Board Clerk Darryl J. Ford, Head of School FAQs Tuition rates are set by Penn Charter's board. If you have questions about the process or this decision, please contact Jeff Reinhold at jreinhold@reinholdresidential.com.
When and how will our Smart Tuition account reflect the change? We will be updating accounts through the month of August. It is a manual process and will take some time. Thank you for your patience.
We will not apply late fees in August. In addition, the deadline for receiving a 1 percent discount for paying in full on August 1 will be extended to August 8. Please estimate your payment if your account is not updated at the time of payment.
The amount of tuition that you are responsible for will be reduced by the same percentage as the tuition is reduced for the grade your student is in.
We will credit your account and issue a refund if your account is overpaid.
