On Friday, May 3, and Saturday, May 4, our alumni will celebrate the traditions of Old Penn Charter, relive fond memories and reunite with old friends and former teachers.
Weekend events include the alumni reception, updates about our campus transformation, sporting events and reunion celebrations for classes ending in 4 and 9.
Each year at OPC Weekend, we recognize the contributions of outstanding members of the Penn Charter community at the awards ceremony. This year, Richard Balderston OPC '69 will be honored with the Alumni Award of Merit, in recognition of his unwavering support of Penn Charter and his accomplishments in medicine. The Alumni Society will also honor science teacher Timothy Lynch and performing arts teacher and department chair Deborah Kaesshaefer with Honorary 1689 diplomas, welcoming them into this special class.
