Each spring, all of Penn Charter meets for Meeting for Worship. From pre-K through 12th grade, students, faculty and staff gather in Dooney Field House.
With most classes and teachers sitting on the floor, but seniors in chairs and faculty and staff behind them, the musical ensemble Quakers Dozen leds us into worship with song, encouraging us to look inward, seeking our Inner Light, so that we might share it with others.
One of the joys of this gathering is to see the students walking together to meeting, some of the youngest hand-in-hand with older students and with teachers. View photos on flickr.
