Nov. 8: Dr. Dominic Sisti

Dr. Dominic Sisti is assistant professor of medical ethics and heath policy and director of the Scattergood Program for Applied Ethics of Behavioral Health Care at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a secondary appointment in the Department of Psychiatry, where he directs the ethics curriculum in the residency program. Sisti's research interests include ethical and policy issues in mental health care and end of life care. His writings have appeared in multiple medical journals. Sisti holds a BS from Villanova University, a MBE from the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD from Michigan State University.

Dr. Sisti will be visiting the Bioethics and the Brain class on Friday, November 8, where he will speak about ethical issues related to mental health care services and policies.
