PC Halloween 2009: Wacky, Scary, Fun
According to tradition, Penn Charter Lower School students and seniors paraded through campus Oct. 30, led by Lower School Director Janet Chance and a mysterious witch. Green, blue, tall, short, funny and scary, they were a hit with the crowd of parents, teachers and students who lined the route.
