Cheryl Irving Student Diversity Conference

Save the date!

The Cheryl Irving Student Diversity Conference will be held on Saturday, Mar. 7, 2020 at Penn Charter.

The Cheryl Irving Student Diversity Conference (CISDC) is held each spring in memory of beloved Penn Charter teacher Cheryl Irving, who passed away in 2014. The CISDC focuses on issues of inclusion, race and identity. The goal of the conference is to give children in the Greater Philadelphia Area the tools they need to be ambassadors for community building and social justice.

There are two separate tracks at the conference: one for Upper School students who have attended the NAIS Student Diversity Leadership Conference, and another for Upper School students who have not.

Attendance is limited to 250 students. If a school decides to register their students together, they will receive a discount on registration costs. There will be lunch and dinner provided, with a party at the end!

Registration fee: $75 per person
Group rate (five students + faculty member): $65 per person ($390 total)
