New Fitness Center Nears Completion
As we near the completion of the new Fitness Center at PC we thought we would share some photoes. It is a great room where our teams will be able to work with our strength coach John Estok. Coach Estok's program will be a cornerstone in which we build a very strong athletic program at Penn Charter.
The cardio area includes 8 ergs, 3 bikes, 2 treadmills, 3 ellipticals, and a Jacob's Ladder.
Also in the room are racks that will allow teams to get in great workouts as well as a synthetic turf area for plyometrics and conditioning drills.
