Squash Loses, But Is Well-Matched v. Harriton

Boys squash hosted Harriton High School on Wednesday and dropped a 6-3 decision.

However, as noted by coach Damon Leedale-Brown, the Quakers would have garnered a 5-4 win if two extended matches had gone the other way.

In the first rotation, junior Soren Heinz (No. 7) and soph Rohan Bhambhani (No. 8) rolled to 3-0 victories while soph Tom Bradbeer (No. 9) was nosed out, 11-9, in the fifth game.

Senior Reid Kleinman (No. 4) also extended his match to five games. He fell, 11-8.

PC's other winner was junior Marker Angelakis at No. 2. He executed a 3-0 sweep. Junior Marco Rodriguez and soph Max Lubowitz dropped 2-1 decisions at No. 1 and 3, respectively.

"We live to fight another day!" coach Leedale-Brown noted.
