Williams Ranks in PC Record Book

Mason Williams finished his Penn Charter career with the school's third highest one-season average in this century.

He scored 529 points in 28 games for an 18.9 norm, trailing only 22.9 by Sean Singletary in 2004 and 19.7 by Sean Knitter in 2000. See chart below.

His highest output was 31 points in an overtime win over Shipley. He forced that extra session by hitting two late treys.  Mason, who earned first team All-Inter-Ac honors, scored 30 points in one game and 25 in two.

Penn Charter has provided student athletes with resources to match their talents. On 44 acres, Penn Charter offers its players and fans:

  • five grass playing fields, two synthetic turf fields, one all-weather, eight-lane track, seven tennis courts, 10 squash courts, four basketball courts, and one swimming pool.
  • PC has four buildings designated for athletics: Graham Athletics Center — with the new Blaine A. Steinberg OPC '11 Center for Fitness and Performance  Kline & Specter Squash Center, Ray Dooney Field House, and the Old Gym.
