Both BKB Teams Advance in State Tourney

Penn Charter's basketball teams earned respectable seeds in the PAISAA Tournament and that meant a pair of first-round home games.

Look Back: Players Who Averaged Double Figures

For the first time in 14 seasons, and ninth in 35, at least three Penn Charter boys basketball players averaged double figures in Inter-Ac League games.

With Win vs Phelps, Boys BKB Now 16-8

Penn Charter's boys basketball team enjoyed two wonderful runs in Saturday's non-league game against visiting Phelps.

Twenty-one of 23 points in the middle and nine straight at the end. That second spurt left behind a 54-54 tie and enabled the Quakers to triumph, 63-54.

Wrestling, Boys BKB Capture Wins

Penn Charter did not merely win Friday's wrestling match against visiting Haverford School. The Quakers racked up more than twice as many points, at 51-24.

Champs Sparkle at Swimming Championship

  • five grass playing fields, two synthetic turf fields, one all-weather, eight-lane track, seven tennis courts, 10 squash courts, four basketball courts, and one swimming pool.
