Program Highlights
Campers will learn a handful of games like Carcassonne, King of Tokyo, Catan and Castle Panic. They will learn about game mechanics including, but not limited to, worker placement, risk vs. reward and basic probability, and resource management. Campers will also learn how to play healthily against each other in a safe environment, work on conflict resolution, and practice the skill of equitable negotiation, while learning how to cooperate together to complete exciting, complex and challenging tasks.

All gaming camps focus on fostering rigorous, self-motivated growth within students in all areas of their personal growth. Board Game Design Camps focuses on enjoyment and empathy first, with the goal of nurturing our natural desire for discovery, knowledge, insight, understanding and play through games.
