Penn Charter Summer Camps are all full, and we are sorry that we cannot accept additional registrations.

In addition to playing tournament-style recorded chess with chess clocks, we will also be analyzing and assessing our games, studying the games and lessons of the grandmasters, and fine-tuning our openings, middle games, and endgames.

Tuition: $395
Deposit required: $395

Space is limited to 14 campers. Minimum of 10 required.

2021 Enrollment Information for One-Week Specialty Camps

Enrollment is limited, so please register early. Full payment is due at time of registration in order to hold a spot for your child and is nonrefundable. We accept credit card, money order or check payable to William Penn Charter School. If registering after June 1, full payment is due in the form of a credit card or money order.

Please note: This year we are not able to offer a lunch option or extended-day. Campers must bring their own lunch, including a beverage.

All campers must have a physical examination prior to camp. Print and complete this physical exam form for each camper and returned to the summer camp office before the first day of camp.

By registering, campers and their families agree that should they develop any symptoms in the weeks leading up to camp or during camp, (or have exposure to persons who are ill with covid-19 symptoms) they will immediately and voluntarily withdraw from participation in the camp until they have confirmed negative test results and are cleared by a physician. If there are any exposures during our camp, PC’s on-site nurse will conduct contact tracing and families will be notified of any concerns.
