Space is limited to 15 for rising grades 1-4 and 15 for rising grades 5-9 each week.

Program Highlights
Performing Arts Camp is back and in-person! We have re-designed the program for summer 2021 to meet the current CDC health guidelines for the performing arts and are excited to offer a fun, creative and safe experience for our campers. Campers will participate in daily music, dance, drama and design classes and will work on performance projects throughout the week that revolve around a fun weekly theme. Camp is divided into four separate one-week sessions, and campers can sign up for as many weeks as they wish.

2021 Enrollment Information for Day Camp, Sports Camp, Performing Arts Camp

Enrollment is limited, so please register early. A deposit of $100 per week enrolled in Day Camp, Sports Camp or Performing Arts Camp is due at the time of registration. We accept credit card, money order, cash or check payable to William Penn Charter School. There is also a $25 registration fee for each applicant (whether attending one or multiple camps). Full payment is due by June 1. Payments made after June 1 must be in the form of credit card, money order or cash. A $25 administrative fee will be charged for any changes made to the application after it has been submitted.

Please note: This year we are not able to offer a lunch option or extended-day. Campers must bring their own lunch, including a beverage.

The camp fee covers all regularly scheduled activities, including a camp T-shirt. Campers must provide their own lunch, including a beverage.

All campers must have a physical examination prior to camp. Print and complete this physical exam form for each camper and returned to the summer camp office before the first day of camp.

By registering, campers and their families agree that should they develop any symptoms in the weeks leading up to camp or during camp, (or have exposure to persons who are ill with covid-19 symptoms) they will immediately and voluntarily withdraw from participation in the camp until they have confirmed negative test results and are cleared by a physician. If there are any exposures during our camp, PC’s on-site nurse will conduct contact tracing and families will be notified of any concerns.
