Performing Arts Camp: Juniors

Please note:  Penn Charter Summer Camps are closed on  July 4 and 5.

Drop-off begins at 8:15 am in the Middle School circle (Coulter Street entrance), and pickup is no later than 2:45 pm, also at the Middle School circle.

Transportation is limited; details below.

Tuition: $490 (5-day weeks), or $300 (3-day week)

Deposit required: $100 per week.


Space is limited to 14.

Program Highlights
The Performing Arts Camp program for juniors will consist of four separate one-week sessions. Each weekly session will revolve around a fun theatrical theme, and campers can sign up for as many weeks as they wish to participate. Each Friday afternoon there will be a performance by the campers of a story of their own creation, complete with choreographed dance, singing, costumes, and humor.

2024 Enrollment Information for Day Camp, Sports Camp, Performing Arts Camps

Enrollment is limited, so please register early. A deposit of $100 per week enrolled in Day Camp, Sports Camp or Performing Arts Camp is due at the time of registration. We accept credit card, money order, cash or check payable to William Penn Charter School. There is also a $30 registration fee for each applicant (whether attending one or multiple camps). Full payment is due by June 1. Payments made after June 1 must be in the form of credit card, money order or cash. A $30 administrative fee will be charged for any changes made to the application after it has been submitted.

Please note: We are not able to offer a lunch option or extended-day. Campers must bring their own lunch, including a beverage. Transportation can be provided for a limited number of campers ages five and older from Center City and Fairmount; see details

The camp fee covers all regularly scheduled activities, including a camp T-shirt. Campers must provide their own lunch, including a beverage.

All campers must have a physical examination prior to camp. Print and complete this physical exam form for each camper and returned to the summer camp office before the first day of camp.

By registering, campers and their families agree that should they develop any symptoms in the days leading up to camp or during camp, they will immediately and voluntarily withdraw from participation in the camp until they have confirmed negative test results.
